Worry no more, Forever Beautiful uses pigments that are hypo-allergenic. Those with thin or non existent lashes. Please note that a deposit will be taken if you miss your appointment and do not cancel within the specified timeframe. This deposit is non-refundable and will be used to cover the costs associated with the missed appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Have trouble finding eyeliner that won’t smudge throughout the day or stay in place till the end of the night. Want to look years younger? With permanent eyeliner it can also lift the shape of your eye to a more youthful look. Must remove eyelash extensions before your appointment.
